Initialize the hermes-agent Gitea repo with documentation structure for the multi-node Hermes Agent setup.

Files Added

  • docs/README.md — Repository overview, node status, quick start
  • docs/architecture.md — Multi-node design, volume mapping, inference pipeline

Purpose

This repo will serve as the central documentation source for hermes-agent multi-node configuration. It will be cloned into hermes-shared/ on each node so the agent can access it.
