Summary

Draft spec for migrating the bd790i node (192.168.50.254) from its broken legacy hermes setup to match the working strix configuration.

Key Issues Identified

  1. Wrong shared config path in docker-compose (references /home/nwpie/opt/data/hermes-shared/ but actual is /home/nwpie/hermes-data/hermes-shared/)
  2. Empty data directory — no sessions, state, cron, or memories
  3. Stale .hermes config pointing to broken llama-server
